UUGG.... I think it's more stressful for us than the kid. When my son went to PRHS he didn't do very well and I was NOT pleased with how things were not addressed. It was like a zoo over there! I live right over the fence from the high school so I am aware of a few things that go on. I can even hear the intercom system. I think the big thing is that these days in HS, the kids are allowed to get away with anything. They just do what they want. When I went to PRHS in the 80's, it was different of course. But these kids can just come and go as they please. Some days they don't have classes, some days they get out early...... it's confusing! You can't tell if a student is ditching, or they are just done with classes for the day. It's not college! It's just tooo free over there, I think. And the drug activity is just ridiculous!
