Everyone from the area will tell you how great the public schools (basically one choice)are, to protect the property values, and the illusion of a good community. I was one of those, before I had a problem at one of the schools. Everything is fine and dandy until you have even the smallest problem, lthere is no support. They function like outpost schools. You will not get the truth about the dysfunctions of the schools. Once you have moved out of the area, and see how other schools function, and how much they have to offer, You can understand that there is so much better elsewhere.
There is only one public school district in and around Pacific Palisades, CA. It is LAUSD. The schools are all Charters. There is two elementary, one middle and one high school. The schools have large student populations. LAUSD is having trouble with accountability, there is none.
