you have to pick up an enrollment package from the school that you wish to send your child to. if it is not your "home school", then you have to fill out extra paperwork for the "school of choice". in either case, you need to have your child's current shot records, tb tests, physical, dental check, emergency contact info, birth certificate and a few other documents.
