Parent Answers to "What school districts have the best reputation in or around Calabasas?"

I am very disappointed with the elementary curriculum. Lots of busy work, workbooks, practice books, etc. Very little creative assignments. The writing instruction is so poor. My child is assigned writing via a prompt but I don;t see any instruction. On the other hand, my older child goes to Stelle Middle School which is the opposite of the elementary program. Outstanding writing and reading instruction. Awful class sizes but at the least the teachers at Stelle are creative and innovative. The elementary teachers need to visit Stelle. Why isn;t the district office administration trying to update the elementary schools? My elementary student is so bored and cannot wait to go to Stelle.
