I have to disagree with the previous person, the state preschool is not the only real preschool in Big Bear. Bear Valley Commuity Nursery School is a true preschool with a play based circulum that has been around 40+ years and has had many honor roll students come from there.
The only preschool in Big Bear City that is an actual preschool and not a daycare is, San Bernardino County State Preschool. They have one in Sugarloaf (near Big Bear City), and one in Big Bear Lake.
