Parent Answers to "What's a great elementary school in Barstow? What makes it great?"

Cameron Elementary School is the best in Barstow. It has an excellent Principal that has many programs to get the students excited about school such as "Principal's Prize" which is a unique reward assembly held monthly; School Spirit Friday's; Student Government that gets the students involved with decision on activities at the school; and many others. The excitement at the school encourages student learning which has resulted in higher state testing scores. Cameron Elementary also has one of the best PTA in Barstow and proudly showcase's their parent involvement. They welcome all and encourage diversity. I challenge any other elementary school in Barstow to try and beat them.
