Mother's Touch has been in Booneville for over fifteen years. It is a small in home preschool, which means the atmosphere is more homelike for the young children who attend there. There is very little staff turnover. Mother's Touch is part of the Arkansas Better Chance for School Success program, which means most families can receive preschool for absolutely no cost to the family. I am the owner/director/lead teacher for Mother's Touch. My daughter is our paraprofessional. She has worked in our program for six years. Both of us are currently pursuing our degrees in Early Childhood Education. There are never more than 16 children in our program, which means a great teacher/child ratio (1 to 8). Mother's Touch is a Christian preschool. We have been state accredited for seven years. Our motto is "a healthy, happy place to learn" and we seek to fulfill that motto in our program.
