Enrollment is open. You have to provide transportation, though, if you are not in the district. When I enrolled my sons, my second grader had no problems getting in, but my kinder. did, because there was no room for him at any of the schools here, even the one he was "supposed" to go to. I had to really fight to the system to get him in where he needed to be.
