The Neighborhood you live in determines what school your child attends.
As easy as walking into the school office, with proof of residency. Some schools have a "relocation counselor" for out of state students whom join after the school year has started.
Myself, I am a big fan of Gilbert Public Schools District 41.
There are only a few Great schools districts in the East Valley GPS41 in my opinion is #1again my opinion.

Now there is a good chance of being out of district. In that case you would have to speak with the principal.
