They have a new administration at this school and in my experience they always make time for parents and listen to concerns and seem to have an answer or solution to any problem or concern. Most of the teachers are great. They stay on top of things and communicate before there is a problem. Some of them seem as if they want to be in a power struggle with parents and kids. My advise to you is if your child tells you about a teacher and it doesn't seem right don't just let it go as I did. Talk to that teacher or a principal and stay on top of things!
