well if you didn"t know JCCEO HEADSTART were taken applications from 2-4years its a good program and have utility assitance and guidance family workers that will help you understand what your needs before entering the program its a free program free lunch and offers before&afterschool for $25registration fee and 25.00 per week/or low fee per day but all 3 of my children been through the program but you will had to stay on your child for the summer because they will forget because they will be busy playing.my best thing is let her get on the internet her favorite is www.letterella.com and she had serveral I can email you later.

oh!you can call jcceo at 205-599-6400.and yes they are base on your income for eligiblity.If you loss a job they they still would say you made too much money because they are looking back in 2008 tax year.they will ask for proof of income and w-2 if file etc. there address is located on 6301 crestwood blvd in a gray stone building on the right from foodsmart good luck.

I searched for a Waldorf preschool. They aren't listed on greatschools because they are private. In Birmingham City, there are not a lot of good public schools, so private was the better choice for me. On Google, I found Alabama Waldorf School which is an AWSNA-member Waldorf preschool with a focus on play and being outside. I don't believe the preschool years are for academics, so this Waldorf education was appealing to me.
