Relocating from Bethlehem, PA.

Will be relocating in 3 months. The schools that are in the area of the complex are: Margrill Elementary,Teague Middle school and Nimitz 9th grade school. Are they blue ribbon schools and if not may one apply for variances. The area code will be 77338.

Welcome to Texas! Waivers in Texas usually are allowed ONLY if the school has availability and is not overcrowded. You will have to provide transportation if you transfer to a school out of your zone. You child will have to maintain grades/attendance/behavior to be able to stay there. Many private schools are available.

I'm not from Texas, so I can't answer your question about waivers to attend other schools, but hopefully someone else can comment on that.
