I live in Ontario, and if you want mommy and Me, the best one is thru Chaffey Adult School. You can call them, and they will give you the name of the teacher. You actually have to talk to the teacher of the class to sign up. Best "regular" preschool is in Upland actually. It is First Presbyterian Preschool.
