I don't advise testing "just for the heck of it." What do you hope to have happen as a result of testing your daughter now? I doubt any kindergarten is going to allow your daughter to enter school at this age, and even at age 4, it's doubtful that many public school kindergartens would admit her.
If you were willing to consider enrolling your daughter in a private gifted school (my son attended one that was accredited through www.nais.org, the National Association of Independent Schools) then the school should be able to give you a list of evaluators who are qualified to test young gifted children.
It's important to know that the younger the child, the more variable, and less reliable, the testing results usually are. After age 6, while it's still considered quite young, there are a far greater range of test instruments that can be used to evaluate a child.
