Hi. I'm not in AZ, but I have a child with different special needs. I always encourage people to contact a local parent support group for kids who have similar diagnoses to their own child, and network through those families to find the best schools and other resources in a given community. For kids on the spectrum, you might try www.autismspeaks.org, for example.
