What our my options

Amanda7
Wells Academy in Chicago.
I dont know what type of answers im hoping for but, im emailing everyone. My daughter attends Wells. Its so bad there. My daughter was verbally abused by a students mother in the hall, when my daughter reported this to the dean, his response was he could not help her. Im thinking he should have at least contacted me, the principle, or or the police maybe escorted the mother out of the school. He did nothing. It turns out the mother was the head of securities wife , there kid is picking fights with lots of other students and all the security is helping her, her dad is there boss (this is where the favoritism kicks in and can be dangerous for my child and other students). Do I go to the Principle first or to the Superintendent ( how do I find out who he is). How do I report this or is it best to get my child out of there!????

If you child feel unsafe get her OUT OF THERE. Luckily it was only verbal. If the principle did nothing and you feel because of the school oficials who work there that abuse will continue I would pull her. I would also tell them why your child is leaving.
