You also might want to check into afterschool language lessons or programs. Some areas offer those as well and then it doesn't limit your school choice as much.
Contact your local elementary school and ask about dual language, bi-lingual and immersion programs. They can be known by different name and not all schools have them. If your local school does not offer such a program, but another school in the district does, ask about the application process to send your son there.
I dont know of a school but they do have dvd's you can buy
