could someone apply from other country?

one of my sister is 6 or 7 years old. she wants to learn in america. now she is in mongolia. is it possible to apply your school? and i'm learning here in college i'm 20 years old. i live in downtown seattle. if she come here, she can live with me. her parents are my relative.

It looks like you thought you were posting on an actual school's website, but you posted on GreatSchools parent Community. It's not affiliated with any school or district.

Your best bet would be to contact the school you're interested in directly. If it's a public school, typically your sister will need to move here first before they can enroll her. If it's a private school, you can likely apply and be accepted before she arrives.
