Usually this requires getting permission from the principal of the school that you'd like your child to attend. If permission is given, you will most likely have to provide all transportation for your child -- no bus service will be provided.

Bottom Line: Start by going to or calling the school that you'd like your child to attend... and ask/verify the procedure.
