Hi. You've posted your question on a nationwide forum, not on an individual school's site. If I were you, I'd find out from your child's teacher if he/she needs any help in the classroom (most elementary schools welcome assistance for things like Halloween and Valentine's parties) but there are usually also Parent Teacher Organizations that love to have volunteer assistance at various other school events. Your child's school may have a newsletter or website or directory that identifies who the PTA officers are, and you can call them or attend their next meeting.
