You can find their phone number on the website, and they can tell you whether they have driver's training or whether you have to use an outside company.
I'd also like to say welcome. We don't know where you live, but in my area, driver's ed program, whether offered through the local high schools or privately, all charge fees. Many parents opt to go privately, just so their students don't have to give up an elective class period in school, or so that they can take the lessons in the evenings or on weekends. For other general questions, I invite you to join Greatschools High School Parents Group at community.greatschools.net/groups/11529
Hi dianne4455, and welcome to GreatSchools Parent Community. We're a nationwide parent website and message board community.
You might want to ask the school district directly or ask friends where they sent their kids. I know in my area, where it's not provided by the school district, several driver's training companies advertise at schools heavily.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes--for you and your child. :)
