Hi. I'm not from your area, but I would see if there are any "music stores" listed in your local phone book. While most people think of piano or guitar lessons, music stores often keep lists of teachers who give voice and singing lessons, too. Also, if you belong to a local church, often their choir director might give private lessons, or know of other teachers who do give singing lessons to children.
