Winter Park has a lot of old and new money. Baldwin Park is a new Community that is middle to upper scale which has Audubon Elementary and Glenridge Middle school within the neighborhood. If Baldwin Park is to much then there is Winter Park Pines down the road that is an older neighborhood which has Winter Park High in the neighborhood. Altamonte Springs wekiva elementary, Teague Middle and Lake Brantley have had the best reputation for years its North of Orlando.
