Hi lalilly, and welcome to GreatSchools Parent Community. Your district is Poway Unified, and you'll be able to figure out which school you attend by visiting: powayusd.sdcoe.k12.ca.us/depts
Public schools don't usually deal with preschool, but you can find out about kindergarten registration on the Poway website here: powayusd.sdcoe.k12.ca.us/
Their site even includes sites for the individual schools so you can get acclimated before you ever register.

Some school districts change attendance boundaries from year to year, depending on overcrowding issues, etc. I recommend that you call or visit one of the schools close to you, and ask directly. They should be able to tell you, based on your address, if they're the "right" school.
