Are you here with your daughter or is she here on an exchange student program? If she is living with a host family, that family should help her. Schools here have 'guidance counselors' and her host family or your family should make contact with the school's guidance counselor so your daughter has someone to talk to in the school community.
I hope this gets better and I hope you'll post back and let us know.

She is an exchange student. Thanks for your reply,, but the host family do not support the school,, or have not contacted the school..
I do not know what we can do. ?
Right now the IEC is trying to help.

I am very sorry that your daughter is unhappy. Is she happy and comfortable with her host family? Does her host family have children of your daughter's age who also attend the school? Has she spoken of her unhappiness to her host family?
You could possibly contact the school on your daughter's behalf via e-mail - you don't say what state Stewartsville is in - and she may indeed just be homesick and things may get better. But her host family should be making an extra effort to help her adjust and help her through this transition.
Adjusting to a new school can be hard for any student - getting involved with clubs and organizations can be helpful. Does your daughter have interests or hobbies? Does she play a musical instrument?
Many schools have websites - look for Stewartsville High School's website and you might be able to see the names of the school clubs and organizations. You might be able to find the e-mail address for the school guidance counselor.
But most important is that her host family make the right effort to help her adjust and I'd wonder again if she's happy with her host family?
