I am moving to Bend from coast area. Can you give me some advices about elementary & junior high school here?

I have a business in Madras(1 hr north of bend), but I decide to buy a house in Bend for better school for my 3 kids.I will deeply appreciate anybody give me advices.

Thank you very much for your info. Can I choose any school for my kids? or my kids can only attend the school near by house??? by the house school district??

My soon to be 2nd grader attends R E Jewell elementary, which was our first choice when moving to Bend 2 years ago due to the high ratings and recognitions they had, and have not been disappointed. We love this school!

We ended up with our 2 older kids attending High Desert Middle School and have no complaints.
