My daughter starts school this year, she is suppose to go to Waddell Elementray school but she is my oldest and I never had to sign a kid up for school before, how do I enroll her?

Hi celtic_vampire and welcome to GreatSchools Parent community.
Every school district does things a little differently when it comes to registering first time students. Kindergarten students often are part of a "kindergarten roundup" where registration takes place, and families meet the teachers, and learn about the curriculum of the school.
Since you already know what school she'll attend, I'd suggest contacting Waddell Elementary and asking what their procedure is. Typically you'll go into the office during their assigned hours (sometimes they only take registrations at certain times, and with summer, they may not be open every day all summer long), and you'll need to provide a birth certificate, immunization records and some form of a utility bill to show proof of residency.
