I tried to help you by using the "Find a School" feature on the green menu bar near the top of this page, but there is no town called "Luka, MS" ~ can you verify the location you're interested in?
You might also just do a "google search" for the "name of the city, state + high school" and see what you find... You might even try calling the College Board (which keeps track of AP and SAT info) and ask them which high schools in MS offer AP coursework.
