What school would u recommend Gilbert Ele. or Sonoma Ranch Ele.?

Im looking into buying a home and one house is located in the Gilbert Ele. district and the other in the Sonoma Ranch district but the house in the gilbert district has everything we're looking for for our family of 5 but the ratings for the gilbert ele. are not buying me. HELP!
