School of Choice may be revoked for poor attendance or behavior.

The SVUSD has a Parent's handbook on their website. If you read page 41 of the document, it states below number 5.
Once enrolled, a student shall not be required to apply for readmission. However, the student might be subject to displacement due to excessive enrollment.
