I have a friend whose son attended Prentice school, and she was very pleased with his progress...Tuition is not cheap, but she felt it was worth it.

There is a private school in North Tustin called the Prentice School, specifically for kids with Dyslexia and associated issues, it's K-8. Go to www.prenticeschool.org

In addition to posting here, I would also recommend that you post your question in these two forums -- as you will probably get more responses from parents who have children who are dyslexic.

As Healthy recommended in Great School's Learning and Attention Difficulties Group:

Hi. I have a son with dyslexia, too. I'm not sure if you're only asking about public schools, or private schools as well. Here's a link to a list of private schools around the country that focus on serving kids with special needs: community.greatschools.net/groups/11554/discussion/152556
If you've got a local chapter of the International Dyslexia Association near you, www.interdys.org, I would recommend contacting them, and asking about parent support groups so you can find out what schools and other resources they feel are best in the area.
For general questions, I also invite you to join Greatschools Learning and Attention Difficulties Group at community.greatschools.net, where more parents may be able to help.
