We are relocating to Ft. Sam in Oct. What's a good neighborhood near Ronald Reagan HS w/ a pool community?

Looking for 0-5 year old home. Have 3 teens. Need to be in a neighborhood where kids are plenty! Also want to find a nice Christian church to call home. I've poured over the internet, but info is so vague.

We just moved into the area. I live in Mountain Lodge subdivision it has a community pool. Our high school is Lady Bird Johnson which is highly rated. It is a new school last year was the first year. There are tons of good subdivisions in the area with pools. You can just do a search for 78258 zip code. Hope this helps!

Riverwalk1, I just noticed your post so I apologize for the late reply. Reagan high school had capped enrollments the last I heard. Unless the opening of Ladybird HS has eased the overcrowding, new students moving into the Reagan boundaries may not be able to attend the school. Before buying a home that might not allow your teens to attend Regan, I would suggest you contact the school to see if the cap has been lifted.

As for your question about neighborhoods, there are dozens in the Stone Oak area that might suit you.

Hi. Unfortunately, Greatschools is more of an educational site, but it sounds like you need to contact a real estate agent in the area... There have been a couple of prior discussions about neighborhoods in San Antonio, and if you go to the upper right corner of this page where it says "Search community by keyword" and enter Antonio, you can read some of them.
