You can go to the Central Library on Vine Street in Center City for ESL classes.
I suggest the CHIP program to assist you for your child's physical
Also our community health clinics are no cost (to the client, not to the taxpayer) or low cost.

Call the school district -- they'll know of the local, free, and lowcost medical care services available in your area.

ESL classes are often offered through the local community college -- they tend to rapidly fill up so you will have to get a schedule and ensure that you follow all of the steps listed in the school's catalog so that you'll get into one of the classes in the fall.

Hello. I am not from Pennsylvania, but I would recommend that you contact an Office of Immigration assistance, or similar group, to find out about available medical and social programs in your community. Sometimes the County Health Department provides free immunizations for students, so that might be another organization to ask.
