You might check out www.sabusykids.com. Not quite as comprehensive as I hope it will be by this time next year, but still a good resource. You might look into SeaWorld, the Jewish Community Center, Paint Paper Scissors, St. Mary's Hall...all are on the north side of town. If you give me some more parameters, i.e. type of activity, I may be able to direct you better.

I am looking for day camps mainly from 8:00 - 6:00 time frame. I believe soem will require a bit of care after 3:00 or 4:00 PM and it's fine for us.

Hi. I'm not from San Antonio, but I have a good friend who is also moving there. Are you looking for "daytime" activities, or "sleep-away camps?" I hate to tell you this, but in most areas of the country, "sign ups" for summer camp programs takes place in early spring, and when you move mid-year, there may not be many openings available. YMCA's might be worth investigating. Perhaps you can find a swimming class or something at a private facility.
