St. Andrew's Episcopal School, Potomac MD?

Anonymous
Can anyone share experiences with St. Andrew's? Specifically, quality of teaching, "snoot factor," number of students with learning disabilities, ability to make friends, etc? Thanks so much!

I have a sweet, warm, enthusiastic child but we are not in the high economic backet. I'm wondering what the experience will be like.

Hi. Unfortunately, Greatschools is a nationwide forum, and the chance of finding another family on this website from the same town, with a child of similar age, attending a particular school, is slim. If I were you, I'd highly recommend a "shadow day" visit, where your child might follow a current student to their classes, and get a better feel for what a typical day in the school would be like.
I don't know why you're interested in the number of students with LDs, but if your own child has any issues, I invite you to join the Learning and Attention Difficulties Group at community.greatschools.net/groups/11554 for support.

I thought I had posted this on the Washington DC local forum. Still learning how to use this site. No, my child does not have learning disabilities but thanks for the tip. It sounds like a great school but since their school year is over, I was hoping to get some insights from current parents or students.
