I am relocating for a job in Duluth, school recommendations? Good schools?

I don't mind traveling to work (max 20-30 minutes) but I just want to make sure my son is in a good school. I see the ratings but I also see the additional feedback from people on the site. I am open to suggestions. So far Johns Creek, Duluth, Alpharetta are coming up for me. Any thoughts?
