We live in S. Bossier City and have a 6yr old with autism. So far, our child has been well taken care of and we have been very happy with the education he is receiving. This area is growing and more and more special pediatric services are coming to this area each year. Our experience has been that the Bossier Schools seem to be making an honest effort to meet the needs of all its students including those with special needs. Hi. I'm not from LA, but I know www.thearc.org is a nationwide family support organization for kids with Down's, Autism, etc, and perhaps if you contact a local chapter, they can give you referrals to good schools and other resources in the LA area.
