can my children's dad's fight me for full custody?

smiley25
I am moving to wyoming with my two children and my fiance. I have a parenting plan against their dads. I have full custody and their dads have partial custody. Can their dads fight me for full custody of my children even though the parenting plan is finalized and could they get full custody? I am going to let their dads see them and the plan is to meet half way.

Our lawyer said any and all documentation as to why your move will be good for your kids is huge. Better schools, environmental reasons, better job for better living conditions are all important. Judges want to know that breaking your parenting plan is going to benefit your kids

Get this resolved before your move or a judge could order you to return. Seek mediation to modify the parenting plan to meeting half way.

DO NOT JUST MOVE...hoping they will just deal with it.

i agree with healthy 11....get a lawyer...technically they can fight u for custody until the children are 18 years old...the best of luck to you!
