We are raising two here and having great results! They will be very active as the weather is good 300 days per year. Lots of outside time! You don't get the arts and culture of a major city. . . you do have to seek out that activity. Southside is the fastest growing area and will have the first new high school in over 18 years, slated to open 2010. This area also has the large Town Center shopping area, while other parts of town are closing shopping areas. It is generally a safe city, other than the North Side which has shootings on what seems like a daily basis. Good luck!!
