If you're coming to Dallas, that's going to be an issue at the local public schools. However, if you have the ability to stay at home with your child, there is Oregon Connections Academy, a virtual online public school that I know offers the Gifted and Talented Program for every level. It's very customized to your child with a teacher and your role is "teaching coach" at home. There are a great number of options from there to keep your child socialized with local as well as kids from surrounding areas, doing sports, choir, and all variety of field trips.
