SW of Portland is Pacific Northwest Academy. It is not montessori, but it is great. It is one of a kind. The kids get so much one on one attention and all are so happy. I would check it out.
Have you tried using the "Find a School" feature on the green menu bar near the top of this page? It will show all schools in a given area, and you can contact Montessori schools to see if they have classes that your son would fit in to. Unfortunately, where I live, many Montessori schools only cover preschool to 1st or 2nd grade...
