Cedar Brook Elementary in Spring Branch ISD (and I think that Spring Branch ISD also has a couple of other dual language programs, but this was one of the first in the district).

We live in the Manvel area and are in the Alvin ISD. Alvin ISD offers dual language programs at Savannah Lakes Elementary (Lakes of Savannah) and at Passmore Elementary in Alvin.

Wharton Elementary has a dual language program. Their website is es.houstonisd.org/WhartonES/

I would suggest you contact them and speak with the magnet coordinator. She will likely be able to refer you to other schools that have dual language programs as there is often a network of dual language schools within a district.

We are currently in Pearland, but we're willing to relocate closer to the school. If we find one.
