Hi. You don't mention how old your child is, but here's a list of private schools that other parents of kids with ADHD and learning challenges have helped to compile:
community.greatschools.net/groups/11554/discussion/152556
I'm not sure which ones are elementary vs. high school, but if you contact them, they may be able to direct you to other schools.
Another fantastic resource is to join your local www.chadd.org chapter, as networking through other parents of kids with similar issues is often the best way to find out about good schools and other services.

Is your child currently attending a public school, and does he have an IEP? I hope he's seeing a specialist, like a pediatric psychiatrist, for treatment, and not just a pediatrician. I would also like to invite you to join two online parent support forums: www.millermom.proboards107.com, and community.greatschools.net/groups/11554 where many more people can relate to what you're dealing with and offer advice and support.
