On the green menu bar near the top of this page is "Find a School." Click on it and you can enter the location and grade level of schools that you're interested in, then see a list of what's in that area. Public schools are rated based on how students perform on statewide testing, where 1 is low and 10 is highest.

Unfortunately, none of those scores reflect special education programs, in part because even two kids with similar diagnoses may have vastly different needs. My son has ADHD (as well as dyslexia and dysgraphia, which are reading and writing disabilities) but he has a very high IQ, and we couldn't get the public school to acknowledge his needs until 8th grade! Does your son currently have an IEP or 504Plan? I generally advise people to contact a local ADHD support group for families in the area they're moving to (www.chadd.org will show where local chapters are) and network through those parents to find out about good schools and other resources.
