My question is outlined in the additional details.

Every Spring, the Town of Providence holds an annual roadside cleanup day. In the past, this effort was performed solely by volunteer residents. Is this something that Galway's envionmental science classes would benefit from and therefore consider participating in? I would appreciate your response. Thank
you.

I'd think any students could benefit from helping clean up their community's roads - so long as those roads have slow-moving traffic and are safe to be hear. Nothing will teach the lesson of trash and littering so well as having to pick trash up after others have littered.

You've posted your question on a nationwide forum, not on an individual school's website. I suggest that you call the school directly, and speak with their Science Department Chairperson regarding your suggestion.
