You have been given excellent advice. I just wanted to chime in and welcome you to Great Schools (GS) schools. I hope to see more of your posts at the "Learning and Attention Difficulties Group" here at GS:
I would also recommend that your child be tested by a pediatric neuropsychologist. They perform specialized testing. Psychiatrist tend to over medicate in my opinion, and you may want to get advise on alternative treatments.
A possibility of bipolar or other mental health conditions besides ADHD could explain her thoughts that someone is "out to get her." I'm glad that your daughter has been seen by a specialist, but I'm wondering if it may be helpful to get a "2nd opinion" from a different practice, since whatever therapies they've been trying to use don't seem effective. If you haven't already looked at www.bpkids.org, it might be helpful to do so.

Hi. How old is your daughter/what grade? Who diagnosed your daughter's ADHD, and how long ago? How are you treating it? Is she taking any medication?
I have a son with ADHD, and I have to say that your description of your daughter thinking "everyone is out to get her" is NOT typical of children with ADHD. I'm wondering if something else is causing her anxiety, and I really think you should discuss it with her doctor. If you've been seeing a regular pediatrician, ask for a referral to a specialist, like a child psychiatrist, because they're more experienced in mental health conditions.
