My brother high school teacher is verbally bulling him

Anonymous
My brother is a freshman in high school. My brother he is a good student. He has never gotten into fights but unfurnately one of his teacher has label him as bad student. For example they have a quiz every week, and they also have their hw do the same week, anyway this past friday my brother for the first time did not turn in one assigment and teacher did not let him take the test. He only does it to my brother even thought thier are other student who dont do their hw. Also my brother school has a uniform policy and my brother has told that if he is even just one little bit out uniform he gets detention even if thier somebody in the same classroom out of uniform. REcently that teacher every time a student is out of line he tells that student you are going to CArlos (my brother name) list, meaning you are going on the bad list. This are just some of the stuff the teacher has done. I am having a meeting with the teacher next weekend but i have no idea what to said

Let the principal know just what you have told us, that he has labeled your brother and has named the Bad list after him which is harassment. This teacher cannot continually bring up said such behaviors to put down are cause the class to think negatively towards your brother. I would let the principal know this type of abuse/harassment must stop. You have to use those words to let the school principal know the severity of this, because if you give it to them lightly they will dismiss it and sweeten up this nasty behavior from this teacher. Another thing your brother should not be keep on any list for more than that day his name should be wiped clear daily giving him motivation and confidence he can do good (not saying he isn't already) I understand having someone you care about being targeted just because they can.

I think you need to get more information. You know what your brother is telling you. Now, you need to find out what the school has to say. Before going to the meeting write down what your brother has said. Take it with you. Before showing it to the teacher, ask him or her what the problems are. Write down the answers.
Ask for specific details. What did your brother do -to whom? Did she see him do it? Did any teacher see it?
After the teacher has talked - then go down the lists of complaints from your brother. Let the teacher address each concern. My guess is - there are some details your brother left out -and there will be some details the teacher left out. You need to know what the school policy is regarding uniforms and homework. If you don't have that information, get a copy at the meeting. Your goal is to solve the problem. First you need to know exactly what the problem is. If you and the teacher cannot work out a solution that I recommend you make an appointment with the principal.
Good luck!!
