Hi. Unfortunately, the chance of finding someone on Greatschools who knows the rules for specific school districts in particular towns is slim. Your best bet is to phone them and ask. Most districts across the U.S. seem to use Sept. 1 or Dec.1st, of the year the child turns age 5.
