Many international students do attend college in the U.S. While you would have to apply for visas on your own, generally, teens apply to universities between September - December of their final year of high school. Every college has different requirements as far as what they look for in prospective students...Where you would apply depends on what you want to study, etc. If you have not already done so, you might want to look at sites like www.fastweb.org/fastweb/colleg
