Whe we bought here 6 years ago, we were told to buy in the Sherwood Oaks neighborhood (off Winslow Rd.) and that Child's Elementary, Jackson Creek Middle School, and BHSS were top notch. We looked into it, and they are. Ou children are doing great, and testing above state standards. The homes are more expensive in Sherwood Oaks, but it's a great family area and great schools, make it worth it.
Hi. I'm not from IN, but if you go to the "Research and Compare" tab on the green menu bar near the top of this page, you can enter your location and grade level, and see what schools are in the area, and how they rank on statewide testing (1 is low, 10 is the highest.) By clicking on individual school names in blue print, you can find out more details about each school, read parent comments if any have been made, etc.
